This nice resort off of Beach Road has a small but excellent lunch buffet for $8.99 at their sport's bar called "Red Box". We were given some good advice to stop eating and sketchy restaurants after I spent the last two days feeling under the weather, and seems to have paid off. Every dish was very tasty, fresh, and piping hot! Included were Chicken Katsu, Fried Rice, Tofu and Veggies, Beef and String Beans, Spaghetti Carbonara, a tasty salad with salmon and broccoli, the fixings for a basic caesar salad, a scary (didn't try it) kimchee soup, unlimited ice water or citrus iced tea, fresh (very sweet, very ripe) honeydew and oranges, a blueberry cream cake, banana bread, and blueberry bread rolls.
We also got the odd treat of watching "Monday Night Football" on a Tuesday at noon. Bizarre how time zones work!!
