Sugar King and Sugar Train
Apparently the gentleman in the statue was someone who started the sugarcane industry in the Marianas before WWII. This is an old train that used to be used to haul the cane. We kept driving by this park that's a tribute to him, and finally stopped for some photos after work Friday when we got out a bit early.
